A Quiet Reveal: the Redesigned 2017 Honda CR-V

Automakers all over the world are generally quite loud about their redesigns but, recently, our favorite Japanese automaker redesigned the upcoming 2017 Honda CR-V to surprisingly little fanfare. The outgoing 2016 model has been incredibly popular all across the country but Honda has never been a fan of constant and outrageous reveals, so the quiet arrival of the 2017 CR-V seems appropriate to us.

Of course, a silent arrival may imply some disappointing things about the model but, thankfully, you'd be mistaken! The 2017 CR-V boasts a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine on all models except the base LX trim hitting 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque (making the CR-V even more fuel efficient than before), a new modular chassis that increases ride quality and handling as well as cargo and rear leg room, more safety features like adaptive cruise control and lane-keep assist, and a more refined cabin with soft-touch materials throughout and the return of buttons and knobs on the center console. There's plenty to be excited about!

We're expecting the 2017 CR-V to arrive here in the near future so be sure to keep your eyes on our selection of new Honda models in the upcoming months. For now, we welcome one and all to come out to see us and explore a plethora of vehicles at amazing prices.
