We love learning about awards and honors that our favorite Japanese automaker receives and, just recently, we learned that one of their models is eligible for the 2017 North American Car, Truck, and Utility of the Year Award! It's the new 2017 Honda Ridgeline and we have no doubt that this pickup truck will leave the competition in its dust.
It's gets better too: the new Utility category means that minivans and SUVs will no longer be compared to trucks and will instead be in their own group. This means that the Ridgeline will only be compared to other trucks, putting them all on even ground. Of course, there are still three rounds of judging that need to happen before the finalists are announced in December, so keep tuned in for details as they come.
