2023 Honda Accord vs 2022 Honda Accord
Serving Richardson, TX
In 2023, the popular Honda Accord will grow more appealing thanks to bumper-to-bumper updates. This model year introduces the Accord's 11th generation. You can more easily appreciate the beautiful improvements as you compare the 2022 Honda Accord to the next-generation Accord. Our Lute Riley Honda reps are thrilled to help you compare these options.
Performance
The 252-horsepower turbo engine offered in the 2022 model year is no longer available with the 2023 Honda Accord. In addition, the Accord's hybrid powertrain is exclusively offered with the top four trims for 2023. The LX and EX trims continue to have a 1.5-liter turbocharged, four-cylinder, 192-horsepower engine with a continuously variable transmission. The upper trims for 2023 receive 204 combined horsepower from a hybrid four-cylinder engine. All Accord trims for 2022, and 2023 have front-wheel drive.
Appearance
The 2022 Accord has effortless styling thanks to its long, sloping roof and slightly angled side accents. The nose is designed with a top-to-bottom grille, horizontal air vents, and wedge-style headlights. For 2023, the Accord takes on a fastback design with a long hood and a clean, robust profile. The sides and hood are mostly smooth for a sleek look. In addition, the wide grille and the LED-enhanced headlights have been reshaped. The front bumper has been redesigned as well, and it has black coloring with metallic caps on the sides.
Features
One of the updates inside the 2023 Accord's cabin is Google-based technologies for the larger 12.3-inch central display screen. The infotainment system is now compatible with on-air updates. In addition, the 2023 Accord's auto emergency braking sensors and forward-facing camera have been enhanced with wider coverage. In both models, you will find an internet hotspot, a head-up display, heated front and rear seats, a navigation system, a sunroof, a premium audio system, wireless smart device app connections, a universal garage door opener, memory settings for the driver's seat, leather material and numerous other features.
