Performance

All three of the 2024 HR-V's trims come with a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter gas engine. With this engine, you can benefit from 158 horsepower behind the wheel. All trims have a CVT and give you the option of a front-wheel or all-wheel drivetrain. The 2024 Honda CR-V adds the Sport-L trim to the lineup. This mid-level trim and the CR-V Sport are the only options with a hybrid powertrain. This is a 2.4-liter, four-cylinder, 204-horsepower system. Other CR-V trims are loaded with a 190-horsepower, turbo four-cylinder system. Both have a CVT.

Appearance

The 2024 HR-V stands out on the road with its curved profile and crisply contoured sides. For added functionality, the sides have black molding. The small grille takes its place in the center of the nose, and a thin bumper runs below it. The wide headlights flow into a point and are placed above short air vents. The 2024 CR-V boasts a taller profile and smoother contouring on the sides. The black molding runs slightly above the bottom of the door panels. The CR-V's grille is taller and wider, and the bumper is taller. The slightly larger air vents stand at an angle below the sharp headlights. These lights are accented by an upper LED bar.

Features

The 2024 CR-V and HR-V share many available features. These include multiple USB ports, forward collision warning, parking sensors, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, leather upholstery, ambient lighting, moonroof, keyless entry, heated front seats, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, and forward collision mitigation. The 2024 CR-V also has an integrated navigation system, a Bose sound system with 12 speakers, a hands-free liftgate, driver's memory settings, and several additional features.
