Serving Richardson, TX

The compact Honda Civic has had endless appeal to drivers for several decades, and it continues to be a solid option. Available in both hatchback and sedan body styles, the Civic combines value with excellent performance, great features and impressive styling. In 2025, the Honda Civic benefits from several updates that elevate its appeal.

Performance

The available powertrains have been shuffled across the trim levels in 2025. The non-hybrid powertrain consisting of a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gas engine is still available in the LX and Sport trim levels, but it now produces 150 horsepower, which is slightly less than the 158 hp it made in the 2024 model. The turbocharged 1.5-liter gas engine that is offered on the 2024 Civic, which produces 180 hp, is not available for the 2025 model. Now, the top two trim levels for the 2025 Honda Civic use a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter gas engine paired with two electric motors. This hybrid powertrain generates a combined 200 horsepower.

Appearance

While the 2024 and 2025 Honda Civic have comparable styling in many ways, the 2025 version shows off a new headlight design and a refreshed bumper. The nose now has expansive, angled headlights that are topped by an LED bar. The grille is minimized while the bumper has a bold, black element with gills on the flanks. For both model years, the Honda Civic is styled with a smoothly curved hood and a dramatically arched roof. The upper and lower sections of the door panels display crisp pinstripes.

Features

Both model years have a full range of features for you to enjoy. Depending on the trim level selected, the Civic is available with a Bose premium sound system, wireless smartphone app connections, a 9-inch central display screen, parking sensors, USB ports, leather upholstery, an auto-dimming rear mirror, an integrated navigation system, a moonroof, a dual-zone auto climate control system, heated front seats and many additional features.

The Honda Civic's lasting appeal is rooted in its continued evolution. To compare the 2024 and 2025 Civic models in full, visit Lute Riley Honda today.
