 What's New for the 2026 Honda Ridgeline?

Honda released the second generation of the midsize Ridgeline truck in 2017 with exciting updates, and it has continued to update the model since that time. In 2026, a few small updates will elevate the truck’s style.

Specifically, the 2026 model year brings a new paint color online for the TrailSport trim level. This is Ash Green Metallic. If you select the Black Edition, your truck will now have a black roof. Other than these changes, the Ridgeline’s features, performance and style hold steady.

The 2026 Honda Ridgeline continues to be offered in four trim levels: Sport, RTL, TrailSport, and Black Edition. These trucks all have the same powertrain: a 3.5-liter V6 gas engine. The unit mates with a nine-speed auto transmission and delivers 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. Every trim level also comes with standard all-wheel drive. If you choose the TrailSport trim level, your truck will also have an off-road-tuned suspension system.

The exterior design is both confident and sporty with a curved, tapered nose. Crisp, streaming definition lines accent the side panels. Dark molding lines the truck’s lower perimeter from front to rear. The four-sided grille has a honeycomb mesh pattern, and it connects with large, triangular LED headlamps. This four-door truck has a 5-foot, 4-inch truck bed. Some or all trim levels have bed lights, underbody skid plates, heated side mirrors, a power-sliding rear window, all-terrain tires, a Class III trailer hitch, a household power outlet in the truck bed, and black trim.

The Ridgeline is stocked with modern features, including standard features like a 9-inch touch display screen, adaptive cruise control, keyless entry, keyless start, a tri-zone auto climate control system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless phone charger, lane keeping assistance, forward collision mitigation, and a blind-spot warning. The higher trim levels for 2026 may also come with heated front and rear seats, USB charging ports in the second row, a navigation system, parking sensors at the front and rear, a heated steering wheel, synthetic leather upholstery, driver’s memory settings, an auto-dimming rear mirror, and others.
